Located in historic downtown Ocean City, Beach Break is one of OC’s genuine beach homes. This classic 1929 estate recently underwent a full renovation. While vacationing with us, you’ll find all the charm and tradition of classic architecture, while enjoying all the comfort and design of 2016. This family rental will be a place you’ll want to revisit for years to come. Beach Break...your beach home in Ocean City!

Beach Break is a large, 3 story home that has been renovated into 3 separate Bungalows. This home is located on a large plot of land with plenty of room for parking, outdoor activities, grilling, corn-hole, tanning and just good old fashion relaxation. We don't rent the bungalows out to more than one party at the same time, so the entire space is yours.

Bungalow 1 is a 6 bedroom with 3 full baths and 1 half bath, located on the second and third floor of the home. The second floor of the bungalow is the bright, spacious kitchen, living area, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, laundry room and an enormous screened in porch. Travel up the staircase to the third floor to find 2 more bedrooms, a large master bedroom with access to an open air porch and the remaining full bathroom. This bungalow sleeps 16!

Bungalow 2 is a 2 bedroom with 1 full bathroom, located on the first floor of the home. Sleeps 6!

Bungalow 3 is a 2 bedroom with 1 full bathroom, located on the first floor of the home. Sleeps 6!

Bungalow 2 & 3 connect via an interior doorway to make a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom that sleeps up to 12. !

Please note, we do not rent to separate parties at the same time. If your party is not large enough for the whole house, send us a message and we will quote you for a bungalow!

Downtown Location:

Beach Break is just 1 short block from the famous Ocean City boardwalk and beach. Spend your days exploring the shops, rides and attractions, or sun bathing and swimming on our safe, clean, free beach. We are conveniently located right next to a crosswalk, so getting back and forth throughout your stay is safe and easy. There is a bus stop close by and a trolley located on the boardwalk if you'd like to leave your car in the provided parking spot while you explore OC. We are also very close to Jet Ski and pontoon boat rentals, deep sea fishing, dinner cruises, miniature golf and so much more. Want to stay in and relax? Watch the sunrise or the hometown parades from our spacious porches. There is also a large front yard with lots of room to for your favorite family games.
